 type, referring URL, pages viewed, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

- Schedule, confirm, prepare for, and follow up on consultation calls with you.
- Provide the Services you have requested or purchased, including the Pre-Sale Prep 
 program.

3. SMS / Mobile Messaging

When you opt in to text messages from Pre-Sale Prep or Four Pillars Investors by 
providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you 
consent to receive automated transactional text messages.

- Message purpose: confirmations, reminders, qualification questions, reschedule 
 links, and other communications related to your scheduled consultation.
- Message frequency: varies based on your consultation activity, typically 2 to 5 
 messages per opted-in lead.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and 
 plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also email 
 shared@fourpillarsinvestors.com to be removed.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email shared@fourpillarsinvestors.com.

Mobile/SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or 
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except the 
service providers used solely to deliver these messages (for example, our CRM and 
messaging provider, Close.com, and its underlying carrier, Twilio).

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared for cross-context behavioral 
advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

- Service providers we use to operate the Services: hosting (Kartra, Vercel), CRM 
 and messaging (Close, Twilio), email (Google Workspace), scheduling (Calendly), 
 analytics, and similar vendors. These providers process information on our behalf 
 and under contractual obligations to protect it.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal 
 process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, 
 subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties 
for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data 
or consent with any third parties for any marketing purpose.

though some features of the Services may not function correctly without them.
